3671340 - Writing Assistant Continually Loads on the Performance Form with TIH Enabled

Symptom

  • Writing Assistant is selected on the performance form
  • Popup opens, but continually loads and does not display

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  • Open a Performance Form with the Writing Assistant enabled
  • Click the Writing Assistant button
  • Popup opens, however it continually loads
  • May work for some users and not others

Cause

"View" permission for the Attribute is not provided to the user.

Resolution

Under Manage Permission Roles > role assigned to affected user > grant the following:

  • "View" under Growth Portfolio > Attribute > Object-Level permissions > View
