3671342 - How to analyze On-Premise CPM for PI logon failure

Symptom

It is possible to use CPM for PI (Cloud Print Manager for Pull Integration) in S/4HANA On-Premise and S/4HANA Private Cloud systems after SAP Note #3420465 - "Print queues in on-premise systems" and SAP Note #3348799 - "Print Queues in On Premise Systems".

During the setup of such a connection, the test fails with error message "Connection test failed: Unauthorized! Please check credentials (URL: https://<address>:<port>)":
