3671376 - Config UI Rule not working on Latest People Profile "View All"

Symptom

  • Config UI rule with multiple IF/ELSE IF conditions, including a NOT condition is not respected on Latest People Profile. 
  • The rule functions correctly when the portlet is viewed using the "History" or "Edit" icons, however when the portlet is viewed by clicking "View All" the rule is not reflected.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure UI rule(s) with multiple IF/ELSE IF conditions, including a NOT condition.
  2. Navigate to the relevant portlet in the Latest People Profile.
  3. Select "History" or "Edit" icons and observe that UI rule works as expected.
  4. Select "View All" and observe that the UI rule is not respected.

Cause

When the Config UI rule has multiple IF and ELSE IF conditions including a NOT condition, the rule does not function correctly. 

Resolution

This defect will be resolved in Preview environments via the scheduled patch on 25th November 2025 and will be resolved in Production environments on 27th November 2025 via patch deployment M2511p3.
