Symptom

  • The e-signature agreement statement is duplicated and truncated in the onboarding process.
  • The line after the statement appears repeated and truncated.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as a candidate.
  2. Open the e-signature step in the onboarding process.
  3. Observe the agreement message. The line after the statement appears duplicated and truncated.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed for 2H 2025 release to production on 14th November
