3671472 - Different value displayed underneath gender field- Onboarding

• When the system language is set to German in the NHDR step, the gender field displays the English value underneath the German value, even though the value has not been changed (e.g., from male to female).
• This behavior is specific to the gender field and does not occur for other fields.

• This behavior is expected system functionality rather than a configuration error 
• The gender field cannot be modified through standard picklist maintenance
• Translation inconsistencies in gender fields are a known limitation of the current system architecture

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Change the system language to German in the settings.
2. Navigate to the NHDR step.
3. Observe the gender field, where the English value appears below the German value.

• This behavior is expected system functionality rather than a configuration error
• The dual language display you're seeing is unfortunately a system limitation that cannot be resolved through configuration changes.
• The underlying English values will continue to appear alongside translated German values due to the hard-coded nature of the gender field enum.

• The value that is visible under the box is the external code that will appear under the field.
• To avoid: both picklists for German and English need to be matched and external codes need to be the same when being passed.
