3671476 - Missing an Account in Agent Desktop search results despite Contact association

Symptom

When searching for a specific contact in Agent Desktop, the associated Account does not appear under "Accounts" in the search results.

The Contact is correctly associated with the Account but is not displayed in the Account list during the search.
