Symptom

Post migration from PO system to Integration suite, messages fail with an error "com.sap.it.rt.adapter.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCException: Access tag(s) not found. XML cannot be processed". When this <ACCESS> tag is changed into lowercase <access> , the payload passes through JDBC adapter in CPI.
