3671521 - Language added to the Work Zone Manager is not available when going to Settings -> Language and Region

Symptom

  • You've added a language by following KBA 3204619 - How to Add language in Work Zone, however, when you access the Work Zone Site, click on Settings and then Language and Region, it does not appear in the drop-down list.
  • When following KBA 3592041 - [SAP Build Work Zone]: Site State API - site changes not always seen in runtime /Site Details returning, you can see a warning saying the site contains too many entities.
