3671553 - Field orientation in a form is showing vertically when candidates signed the form - Onboarding

E-signature is not working as expected.

• When some candidates signed the form, the form fields showed vertically, while other candidates' form fields showed as expected.
• The affected form fields are using the same placeholder.

Form configuration issue:

• The form field orientation is set to '90'.

1. Edit the form in your PDF editor
2. Select the affected fields
3. Ensure that the 'Orientation' is set to '0'
4. Re-upload the form and test with a new candidate
