3671561 - VL10D: 'Ship-to Party', 'Sold-to Party' and 'Sales Document Type' columns are missing after changing layout

Symptom

When changing the ALV layout for an hierarchical list using VL10D, the following columns are removed from the output: 

  • Ship-to Party
  • Sold-to Party 
  • Sales Document Type
