Symptom
Authorization object Q_MINSPCHR allows to control the authorization of adding unplanned characteristics in results recording with QACT_MIC=13 "Changes to Unplanned Charc Possible (Results Recording)".
But even if QACT_MIC=13 is not assigned to the user, the user is still possible to add characteristics during result recording.
