Symptom

Missing authorization S_DEVELOP error occurs when attempting to create an Analytical List Page in the "Manage KPIs and Reports" application.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

"Write" access is missing in the related business role.

Resolution

  1. Locate the business role where the app "Manage KPI and Reports" in.
  2. In app "Maintain Business Roles", find the related business role.
  3. Change the access category for "Write, Read, Value Help" to "Unrestricted"
