3671643 - additional approver groups in the APP of power of attorney

• The system currently supports only three approver groups (A, B, C) in the app power of attorney, but the requirement is to create a fourth approver group (D).
• Functional limitation in the app prevents the creation of additional approver groups beyond the existing three.
