Symptom

  • Users deleted from the BTP subaccount level remain visible in SAP Profitability and Performance Management Cloud.
  • There is no delete button available in SAP Profitability and Performance Management Cloud for removing users.
  • Error message upon attempting to log in with a deleted user account: "There was an error when authenticating against the external identity provider: User couldn't authenticate against external identity provider. BTP shadow user not found for user provided by external identity provider. Pre-create the user or enable shadow user creation in your BTP subaccount."
