3671717 - Delete button missing for time events after Proxy even though both users have full delete permissions on time events after 2H 2025 Preview release

After 2H 2025 release, it is noticed that the Delete button becomes missing for time events both in Time Sheet UI and Manage Clock In Clock Out after proxy, even though both the users have full permissions to delete time events.

There was an additional deployment of fix done late last week (before Oct 27) for this issue, so please check whether the missing delete button symptom has been solved in proxy scenario.
