3671811 - Error when replicating groups via SCIM from OKTA to identity provisioning service

Symptom

  • An error occurs when attempting to replicate groups via SCIM from Okta to Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
  • The error message displayed is:
    • Changes to the Group push mapping for the group XXX could not take effect due to error: Error while creating user group XXX: Error reported by remote server: An internal error occurred. 
      application.provision.group.push.mapping.update.or.delete.failed.with.error
  • Initial group push works correctly, but subsequent updates to an already pushed group result in the error.
