Symptom

  • Requirement for an option to Print all Labels associated with a single Inbound Delivery or Purchase Order.
  • Option to add inbound delivery or purchase order as selection criteria in the Warehouse Monitor application.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Pack products in the inbound delivery (IBD) in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Warehouse Management.
  2. Complete goods receipt (GR) and putaway.
  3. Attempt to reprint labels associated with the IBD or purchase order.

Cause

Resolution

  1. To find the relevant handling unit with selection criteria for inbound delivery or purchase order after putaway is completed:
  • Navigate to the APP Warehouse Monitor.
  • Select "Inbound -> Document -> Inbound Delivery".
  • Set the inbound delivery number or purchase order as the selection criteria.
  • Locate the inbound delivery and click the “Warehouse Task” button to display all putaway tasks.
  • Identify the relevant handling unit in the "Destination Handling Unit" column for the confirmed putaway warehouse task.

  1. To reprint handling units massively:
  • Open the APP Manage Output Items.
  • Set the selection criteria “Application Object ID” to include the handling unit number.
  • Select the item and click the “Duplicate” button.
