Filter "By rule" is not working as expected in table report

Report Center > Table Report under the HCM Suite

1. Create or edit a table report
2. Add filter by rule
3. The filter is not respected

It is known limitation as per current design as confirmed by Engineering.

This is expected behaviour for any ad-hoc report where ONLY simple filter works. Rules are not supported in filters.
Customers can use simple filters related to date criteria in the ad-hoc report for achieving desired result.
