1. Proxy as a user with roles such as Recruiter or Hiring Manager.
2. Open Onboarding Dashboard
3. Presented with the error

• Proxy access to the Onboarding module was not granted following changes to proxy behavior introduced in the 2H 2025 release.

1. Navigate to Proxy Management in the Admin UI.
2. Ensure to select the Onboarding and Offboarding options for proxy access.
