3671898 - Key icon appearing for all positions in the position tile instead of key/critical positions

• Key icon is displayed for all positions in the Position tile within the Succession module.
• Key icon is only expected to appear for key/critical positions.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Navigate to the Succession >> Position tile.
2. Click on search to view all positions under the Position tile.
3. Observe that all positions have the key icon highlighted.

All the external codes of picklist values of the 'PositionCriticality' Picklist are greater than 0, causing the indicator to display for all positions.

In Position Tile, the Key Position Indicator will appear when the value of the position is greater than 0. In the current configuration, all the values/external codes in the PositionCriticality Picklist are greater than 0. hence the position will always show the indicator.

To fix the the issue, change the external code of non-critical position picklist value to 0.
