3671903 - Error 500 when accessing Job Information in Latest People Profile- 2H 2025

• System is throwing the error when accessing the  Job Information card under Employment Information category :
  "Error Code: 500."
• This issue started after the 2H release upgrade and occurs only in the Latest People Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log in to the system and navigate to an employee’s profile.
2. navigate to Employment Information → Job Information and notice the same Error 500 message displayed.
3. Confirm that the issue occurs only in the Latest People Profile, while the Legacy People Profile displays the information correctly without errors.

• Duplicate values exist in the custom MDF object , which is referenced in job information .
• These duplicate values are not visible in the Manage Data view but are shown in the data inspector.

The issue will be fixed via patch PTCH-48253 (2H2025 P3) which is scheduled on 4th Nov 2025.
