3671929 - Error message "[Application Error]:Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getLiveValue')" would appear after clicking on the Refresh button beside Description section in live Model Preferences panel in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Create a model based on live data connection
• Error message "[Application Error]:Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getLiveValue')" would appear after clicking on the Refresh button beside Description section in Model Preferences panel

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.17

1. Log into SAC 
2. Create a model based on live data connection to BW system or live data connection to HANA system
3. After opening this model, navigate to and click on Preferences
4. On the following Preferences panel, click on the Refresh button beside Description section 
   => Observe that the error message "[Application Error]:Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getLiveValue')" would appear

The issue is caused by a defect in the product. 

This issue has been addressed in SAC 2025 QRC4 update (with version 2025.21).
