3671996 - Start Process (Fiori 2.0): PA and/or PD Processes Not Displayed in Fiori “Start Process” Application

Symptom

After configuring and activating PA or PD processes and form scenarios in the backend (HRASR_DT), the processes do not appear in the Fiori Start Process application. All required roles, authorizations, and configurations are in place, and the processes are valid and active, but they are not retrieved or displayed in the process list.
