3672000 - Enhanced Mass Actions for High Volume Hiring – Error When Downloading Documents for More Than 50 Candidates - Recruiting Management

When attempting to download documents for more than 50 candidates using the Enhanced Mass Actions feature in the new workbench, users encounter the following error message:
“You’ve selected more than 50 applicants. Limit your selection and try again.”

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the New Workbench.
2. Select more than 50 candidates.
3. Click on Download Documents.
4. Observe the error message:
   “You’ve selected more than 50 applicants. Limit your selection and try again.

Expected behavior.

For the Download Documents option, the limit remains as 50 Job Applications.
