Symptom

  • When users click a SuccessFactors universal link (for example, to view a profile or org chart), the behavior differs depending on the mobile platform or browser used.

  • On some Android devices, users are prompted to choose between opening the link in the app or staying on the web.

  • The link behavior varies between browsers (for example, Chrome vs. Edge).
