Symptom
Appointment requests may become stuck in a state in which Compliance is waiting for NIPR's information, but none is sent. This issue is defined exclusively by when the appointment's status in Compliance is "Awaiting state review" and the same transaction in NIPR has the status of "Awaiting Transmission to Customer".
