The "Project Cost and Revenue by Project Structure" report does not display any data when filtering by a specific set of book.

SAP Business ByDesgin

1. Navigate to Project Management Work Center > Reports > List view.
2. Search for the report "Project Cost and Revenue by Project Structure".
3. Enter the required selection
4. Click Configure > Add Fields
5. Search for the field "Set of Books".
6. Mark Display in Report and Display in Selection
7. In the selection area, filter by the set of book "XXX"
8. Observe the error: "No report data available to display; check the selection".

• The "Set of Book" field is a hidden parameter for the report and the report does not use it during the data selection.
• The report is designed to only use the default set of book assigned for the company.

The report is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of planned and incurred costs and revenues for multiple projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across projects.
As designed, the report only shows the data for the default set of book assigned for the company. It is the expected system behavior.
