3672137 - [ONBOARDING] Is it possible to report External Users with start date in the future?

• We want to generate a story report that includes the onboardee's active status.
• Story Report does not show the Employee Status for future-dated hires
• Where does the 'Employee Status' in the story report take its value for Onboardees who completed Manage Pending Hires
• In the screenshot below, future-dated hires will show as 'Active' under the Employee Status column:

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The Employee Status under Job Information will be active before the start date. To make the report work, you should be checking the user status as that will control the candidate's status.

The user status can be one of the following:

• active external suite
• inactive external suite
• active internal suite
• inactive internal suite

After the Manage Pending Hire is completed, the candidate will remain in the active external suite. Only after Manage Pending Hire is completed, the candidate will move to the active internal suite.
