3672143 - ABAPlist is not displayed for dialog users in WebGUI/Fiori

• In multiple transactions (FBV3, FPE3, FB02, VA02, VT02N, etc...), the "Display as List" option does not show any information for "dialog" users when accessed through WebGUI/Fiori, a blank page is shown instead.
• The screen is reached if user type is "service"
• The issue does not occur when accessing the same transaction via SAP GUI, where it works properly for both "dialog" and "service" users.
