Under messages there is an error "HTTP Error 502 from the receiver: Bad Gateway".

1. Go to Manage messages. 
2. Search and check the affected one. 
3. Once it is opened, there will be the complete error message. 

This error is usually caused by the connectivity issue while reaching receiver endpoint.

Check the endpoint availability and align with partners to reprocess the failures once the issue is resolved.
