3672144 - HTTP Error 502 from the receiver: Bad Gateway

Under messages there is an error "HTTP Error 502 from the receiver: Bad Gateway".

SAP Information Collaboration Hub for Life Sciences

1. Go to Manage messages. 
2. Search and check the affected one. 
3. Once it is opened, there will be the complete error message. 

This error is usually caused due to connectivity issue while reaching receiver endpoint.

Kindly check the endpoint availability and align with partners to reprocess the failures once the issue is resolved.
