3672174 - Error in PaPM Integration Step in SAC Multi Action

User has set up a PaPM integration step in SAC tenant and triggers the job in SAC, user gets following errors on PaPM side or on SAC side:
 
PaPM:
Processing cannot be completed
Execution of Function X terminated

SAC: Story:
The PaPM step X has failed due to PaPM job has failed. Please go to the corresponding PaPM system to view the details
Unable to get the status of the PaPM job.
PaPM step in MA stopped running
PaPM and SAC job status not synced
