If Purchase Contracts workflow is canceled, the action Rework Requested can be used. When activate Rework Contract Flexible workflow, an error ''The operation has been canceled. Cause: Agent rule '/RULE/WF_INITIATOR' for step 'ReworkCTR' is not defined in scenario'' is raised.
