3672205 - Users Lose Edit Access to Payment Information After Enabling Latest People Profile (Granted Create and insert permission)

• Create and insert permission provided for Employee self-services users.
• Once the Latest People Profile is enabled in the instance, Employee self service users lose their edit access to the Payment Information portlet.
• In the Legacy People Profile, the edit (pencil) icon was available with the same permission; however, in the Latest People Profile, this option is no longer visible.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central -Payment Information

1. Payment information: Create and insert permission provided.
2. Enable Latest people profile
3. Proxy as user “AAA”.
4. Go to payment information portlet the edit access is not available.
5. When the latest people profile is disabled edit pencil icon is visible for payment information.

This is a known issue.

The defect will be fixed via patch scheduled for 18th Nov 2025 in Preview and 20th Nov in Production Environment.
