3672244 - Filter Member in Table widget shows inconsistent results when expanding and collapsing nodes in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

  • Filter Member in Table widget shows a different result if a node is expanded and then collapsed before using the Filter Member option.
  • The issue occurs in both the New Table Build Experience and the old Table Build Experience.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2025.14.17

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access a story in SAP Analytics Cloud.
  2. Duplicate a Table widget to the same page.
  3. In the first table widget:

    a. Expand the 2014 node and then collapse it.

    b. Right-click the 2014 node and select "Filter Member".

    c. Observe that only one row (2014) is shown.

  4. In the second table widget:

a. Right-click the 2014 node and select "Filter Member".

b. Observe that 2014 along with underlying hierarchy levels are shown.

Cause

The issue is currently under investigation by the development.
