Quantity based overhead rate is not working in material cost estimate

Cause

The 'Material Origin' indicator in the 'Costing 1' view of the material master data is not set.

Resolution

  1. Set the 'Material Origin' indicator in the 'Costing 1' view of the material master data.
  2. Ensure the quantity unit in the costing sheet and BOM matches the base unit.
  3. Re-estimate the standard cost for the material.
