3672367 - Unable to Create New Work Order for Contingent Worker - 2H 2025

Symptom

When creating a new Work Order for a Contingent Worker, the system displays a blank screen and doesn’t allow saving or continuing with the Work Order creation process. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Contingent Workforce

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Employee Profile.
  2. Click on "Take action"/"All Actions".
  3. Navigate to "New work order".
  4. Attempt to "Add" -> The Blank screen appears.

Resolution

  • Product Engineering has fixed the issue via patch that will be deployed on 4th Nov 2025. 
  • As a workaround: Add New Work Order from the Work Order History page by clicking the “Insert New Record” button located at the bottom-left corner of the dialog.
