Symptom
- When creating a formation using Joule Booster or including/excluding a system from an existing formation, errors might occur, including:
- "Errors occurred while synchronizing. Choose Resynchronize to restart the synchronization process. If the problem persists, report a case in the CA-JOULE-PRV component and provide the formation ID 'xxx' together with the following technical details:
• Synchronization between Joule System das-application-ias and SAP Build Process Automation System xxx has failed.
