Resolution

  1. Define and activate a radio frequency (RF) log to record activities carried out using RF devices in SAP Public Cloud. Refer to the SAP Help Document Activate Radio Frequency Log:

  1. Configure the necessary data for Warehouse Management to allow users to use RF devices:

a. Define settings for presentation devices using the Maintain Presentation Devices app: Maintain Presentation Devices

b. Maintain user settings using the Maintain User Settings – Radio Frequency app: Maintain User Settings – Radio Frequency

c. Configure RF devices in the configuration environment: Configuration for RF Devices

d. Configure Resource Management in the configuration environment, including defining resource types, queues, and queue determination criteria:

e. Maintain resources and assign them to resource types and queues to which warehouse orders get assigned to be processed with RF devices, using the Maintain Resources app Maintain Resources
