  • Tamil Nadu Professional tax was deducted for an employee despite the employee being on unpaid leave for the entire month of August.
  • The deduction of ₹1,250/- was made incorrectly for the period when the employee had no earnings due to unpaid leave.
  • TN PTAX deduction despite the employee being on LOP for the entire month
