3672434 - Theme inconsistency affecting edit and delete buttons in performance management forms

• A colored box appears around the Edit and Delete buttons Performance Management Forms.
• The issue is observed in the 2H2025 instance but not in the 1H2025 instance, despite using the same theme.
• The colored box reduces contrast, making the buttons difficult to read and negatively impacting usability and accessibility.

1. Log into the 1H2025 instance.
2. Open a Performance Management (PM) form containing goals.
3. Click on the Goal details tab to view the Edit and Delete buttons.
4. Verify that the buttons display correctly with no background color applied to the label.

2. Open a PM form containing goals.
3. Click on the goal details tab to view the Edit and Delete buttons.
4. Observe that the buttons display with a colored background, making them difficult to read.

• The issue is caused by a known formatting inconsistency introduced in the 2H2025 release.

The issue will be resolved in the 2H2025 production release.
