Symptom
- You attempt to delete a message which is in a 'retry' (failed) state on a JMS Queue in your Cloud Integration tenant
- A 'Successful' response is returned to the end user, but the deletion does not actually take place
- Similar behaviour might be observed with other JMS monitor operations (eg. move, retry, download)
