3672499 - "Failure - unable to add tile" in SAP Build Work Zone

Symptom

When attempting to save a tile as a variant in SAP Build Work Zone, the error message "Failure - Unable to add tile" is displayed.

Error messages observed in the console log include:

"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'indexOf')"

"Failed to add bookmark for URL: #XXXXXXXXXX?sap-ui-app-id-hint=XXXXXXXXXXXX?sap-iapp-state -- history=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&sap-iapp-state=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and Title: XXXXXXXXXXXX 1 - TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'indexOf')"

"Service request for sap.ushell.services.Bookmark.addBookmarkUI5 (SAPUI5_APPRUNTIME_MSGID_95) failed. - TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'indexOf')"
