Symptom

  • Unable to preview a document after uploading it to the content section of a workspace.
  • When clicking on the document or trying to preview the document in a workspace, the message "This document contains encrypted or protected content. A document preview cannot be provided. A preview is currently unavailable for this file. Please download it to view." is displayed.
  • When clicking on the document or trying to preview the document in a workspace, the message "A preview is currently unavailable for this file. Please download it to view." is displayed.
