3672614 - Attachments uploaded in the I-9 section 2 are deleted when the onboarding is cancelled - Onboarding

When cancelling the Onboarding for a candidate, the attachments uploaded in I-9 section 2 are deleted in manage documents.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

1. Start the I-9 Section 2 task and upload the candidate's compliance documents (e.g., passport copy);
2. Submit Section 2 of the I-9;
3. Cancel the onboarding process for the candidate;
4. Attempt to locate the compliance documents in the "Manage Documents" section;
5. Document is not visible.

Expected behavior.

According to the USCIS M-274 Handbook for Employers, if onboarding is canceled and the new hire will not be employed by the organization—in other words, if no employment relationship exists—the system is required to securely delete any collected document copies to protect sensitive personal information.
