1. Go to Admin Center > Configure Business Rules
2. Receive error

Or

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration
2. Select any element
3. Go to Trigger Rules
4. Click on any business rule icon
5. Error shows

Object Definition Rule (Rule) on Configure Object Definitions tool has the Security option changed to Secured: Yes.

This object should not be Secured as it is necessary for every business rule transaction in the system.

1. Go to Configure Object Definition
2. Select Object Definition
3. Search for Rule
4. Take Action > Make correctcion
5. On Security section change the field Secured to No
6. Save
