3672685 - Seamless Navigation from Work Zone to SuccessFactors is not Working

Symptom

  • An issue occurs with single sign-on (SSO) between SuccessFactors (SF) and Work Zone (WZ) due to domain mismatch.
  • SF is configured to use the cloud.sap domain, while WZ is configured to use the ondemand.com domain.
  • When clicking an SF card on Work Zone, it redirects back to a login page, hence, seamless authentication is not working.
