Symptom
- An error occurs when attempting to close manually created customer projects in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition using the "Close Projects - Customer Projects" app.
- The system throws an error message stating "There are no projects to schedule." even when valid project numbers are populated in the Customer project field.
- The error persists even when a specific project number is populated in the Customer project field, despite the project existing and being in the execution stage.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the "Close Projects - Customer Projects" app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Populate Service Org field to close all open projects.
- Observe the error message: "There are no projects to schedule."
- Populate a specific project number in the Customer project field.
- Observe the same error message, despite the project existing and being in the execution stage.
Cause
The selected projects / Service Org includes projects that are in the "In Execution" stage.
Resolution
- Verify the status of the projects within the Service Org.
- Update the status of the projects from "In Execution" to "Completed".
- Use the "Close Projects - Customer Projects" app to close the projects.
"You, as a project manager, can use the Close Projects application job template to close customer projects that are complete."
