Symptom

When configuring SAP Start and Joule, the following error occurs:

  • Errors occurred while synchronizing. Choose Resynchronize to restart the synchronization process. If the problem persists, report a case in the BC-CP-MP component and provide the formation ID "NNNNNNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNNNNNNNNNN" together with the following technical details:

  • Synchronization between SAP Build Work Zone System NNNNNNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNNNNNNNNNN and SAP Build Work Zone System NNNNNNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNNNNNNNNNN has failed.– SAP Build Work Zone System NNNNNNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNNNNNNNNNN returned a technical error for assignment with ID NNNNNNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNN-NNNNNNNNNNNN:"SAP Start is not available in this landscape.
