3672785 - New York WTPA form link is redirecting to an invalid page - Onboarding

Symptom

The L54 form link is redirecting to a page "We're sorry, the page that you are looking for is not found".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Complete the Personal Data Collection
  2. Observe that the LS54 form triggers with an irrelevant URL.

Cause

This is a known issue and our Engineering team is working to fix it.

Resolution

A code fix tentative is planned for the Production Patch, in November, and can be tracked using the identifier OBX-40464.
