3672796 - Agency Portal Login Error "The information you entered is invalid" - Recruiting Management

Agency users encounter the error "The information you entered is invalid" when attempting to log in to the agency portal.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access the Agency Portal URL.
2. Enter required information.
3. Click Log In.
4. Observe the error message: "The information you entered is invalid."  

The error occurs due to invalid information entered in one or more of the following fields:

• Company ID
• Agency ID
• User Email
• Password

**Starting 2H 2025, users will be prompted to enter the 'Company ID' first on a separate screen.

1. Verify and enter the correct Company ID, Agency ID, and User Email. 

All fields are case-sensitive. Ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces.

Starting 2H 2025, users will be prompted to enter the Company ID first on a separate screen. If the entered Company ID is incorrect, an error message "Invalid company ID" will be displayed.

2. Click 'Forgot Password?' to reset the password. Use the new password to log in again.
